This page should include every means through which a consumer can inquire more about your service. It should have phone numbers (toll-free, fax, trunk lines), email information, chat details, etcetera. You will also want to include information on your hours of operation as well as the length of time before users can get a reply for their queries, especially if they are trying to contact you by email.

Contact information should also provide detailed guidelines. This especially applies to bigger companies where orders and consumer support are two different departments.
